Additional specifications:

• (2) Winders located at the bottom of door. 1 on each side.
• Landing gear 38’ 4” approx. from center of landing gear to rear of bumper blocks to suit 48’ Tipper deck length.
• No Sidegrabs. Door opening to suit bottom of compactor chute which is 60 ¾” from ground. Tipper backstop height 42”.  Tri Fold door needs to open and close inside building with 2’             clearance on each side of trailer.
• Compactor sidewall wear plates
• Air/Elec plate roadside front wall, add suspension dump, tailgate release & air gauge
• Install alum 3/16” wear plate on rear 20’ of floor
• HD rear 1/3 of roof, NGHD remainder
• Add (2) vents per side on sidewall
• There is no sill, only a lightbar at rear. Eyebrows to be installed
• Add (18) tarp hooks around door in door opening so customer can tarp it to eliminate spillage when disconnecting from compactor. (4) per side / (5) top & bottom  These tarp hooks are not standard, make out of aluminum square stock x 4” long, drill ¼” hole for bungee S hook to hook into
• Install Meritor Tire Inflation System        Axles are to be inverted
• Haldex long stroke brake chambers
• Add 10”x10” plasma’d viewing window on front wall
• Install a ¼” liner to outside front bottom panel
• Install a piece of the 2” c-cap top rail to underside of front wall each side of coupler plate
