Description
- KP to center of tandem must be 41’ or less.
- Ensure that the license plate holder has the half-moon step.
- Install 11’ hoses.
- Install hose hanger bracket on front wall for hoses.
- Mount (2) angles on top rail on roadside wall front & rear for Donovan 350 tarping system.

List of repairs for U59D000177:
– Plate and cap bottom front panel, install new hydraulic hoses and couplers on front of trailer
– Pull floor slats out, remove old bearings, rebuild/ replace crossmembers and subdeck as needed
– Install new bearings, slats, bolt down floor, install T-blocks and bolt down
– Replace cylinders and check valves, switching valve, selector valve and handle, stainless line into drive unit
– Repair section of rear post, Repair bottom panel on tailgate and overlay
– Cut passenger wall down through first 14″ and remove, clean and grind, replace 1st 14″ panel, reinstall top rail and 6″ panel and weld all back in place
– Rebuild lock rod for rear door, replace linkage, reinstall and adjust, replace missing V-block on tailgate
– Replace water seal and man door seals
– Replace spring bars, front & rear top gussets
– Replace rear axle air bags
– Remove corroded suspension hangers, clean hangers and frame, reseal and reinstall
– Overlay rear of inside walls
– Install new bumper track and rubber bumper on rear of trailer, install new mudflaps
– Check all lights and repair as needed
