Additional Work Completed @ KTR:
– Cut out subdeck above kingpin section
– Remove hydraulic and electrical lines from kingpin section and bulkhead
– Cut kingpin section free and remove from trailer
– Fit and weld new kingpin section in place
– Make and route new hydraulic pipes, reroute air and electrical through kingpin
– Band bottom section on bulkhead and install fittings on front of trailer
– Install new hydraulic hoses and couplers on front of trailer
– Repair damaged crossmembers where needed
– Cut out and replace damaged subdeck
– Cut off and replace 8 drive shoes
– Remove rear sill plate and replace with new
– Install new bearing on subdeck
– Cut down and prep 53′ used floor
– Install floor slats with new hardware
– Install new T-blocks and hardware
– Reinstall slope plate
– Replace J-bars on both ends of drive unit
– Replace all cylinders and check valves on drive unit
– Replace fittings as need on drive unit to repair oil leaks
– Patch any holes on trailer
– Replace man door hinge
– Install new spring bar on trailer
– Repair electrical wiring as needed and replace ony lights that are out
– Install new mudflaps on back of trailer
– Grease trailer
– Acid wash trailer to blend in repairs
