Additional work completed at KTR :
– Prep trailer
– Pressure wash name and loose paint off trailer
– Pull floor to be turned, clean out bearings
– Remove hydraulic, air and electrical lines as needed from kingpin section
– Cut and remove kingpin section, grind clean areas to be rewelded
– Cut and remove bottom front panel, grind clean, fit new panel and weld in place
– Cut and fit kingpin section into trailer, fit bi-metals to kingpin and trailer, weld all in place
– Reattach hydraulic, air, and electrical to kingpin
– Repair crossmembers as needed
– Turn floor, add wear strips, weld up bolt holes
– Reinstall slats, drill holes and bolt downbolt down
– Install new bulkhead fittings and hydraulic hoses with female wingnut couplers on front of trailer
– Repair replace lights as needed
– Replace inner door hinge, repair winder as needed
– Check ABS operation, replace cable and sensor to repair
– Repair water seal track and install new seal, replace broken tailgate hinge
– Repair frame rail and reinforce both sides
– Repair holes on outside of trailer, patch holes inside trailer
