REPAIRS AT KTR
Description….
– Unbolt and slide back middle section of slats
– Clean out king pin section and bearings, inspect subdeck
– Repair broken slat, install new bearings, slide floor back in
– Bolt slats back into place
– Replace T-blocks with good used set, bolt down with new hardware
– Repair bottom section on passenger side rear post
– Cut and remove top front gussets
– Repair top panel on front wall
– Weld on new front gussets
– Replace tailgate lock rod and adjust to close properly
– Patch over holes on inside and outside of trailer
– Run floor to check operation and for leaks, replace 2 leaking cylinders
– Remove roll pipe from tarp, cut off and replace bent section of tarp roll pipe, reinstall pipe and fasten
– Replace mudflaps on rear of trailer
– Acid wash trailer to blend in repairs
